Behind Red Blossom Catering are chef and co-founder Blane and his fiancée Lesley-Anne Elise , who together combine two generations of culinary heritage. Both come from families of incredible cooks and bakers — with Lesley-Anne specialising in French-inspired patisserie and elegant desserts — aa craft that beautifully complements Blane's savoury expertise.

Now raising a young family of their own in the countryside, Blane and Lesley-Anne lead a close-knit team who share their passion for good food and genuine hospitality. From the first tasting to the final plate, Red Blossom is built on warmth, care, and connection — creating experiences that feel as personal as they are memorable.
